Hilton Houston North

The a/c on the entire 11th floor did not work properly. I asked for another room on another floor and it was adequate. The man that helped me move rooms was extremely helpful and polite. We were also not given the discount for attending a dance competition that we were supposed to get on the first night, I brought this to the attention of staff while asking for a different room and was given the discount without hesitation. I believe his name was David. When we moved rooms we left two coats with a value of hundreds of dollars. When we realized it we went to the front desk and they immediately went to look. They were bagged and labeled with the room number and date. It would have been nice if they had brought them to us but I’m sure this is a very common occurrence and tracking down the owners of lost items in a hotel of this size is not very prudent. We were attending a Streets Dance competition. The hotel was adequate and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this property from 11-12 February,2026 while the power was out. Mr. Clinton Groce, who was the manager during this time was outstanding! He greeted all guests professionally and explained the situation. His and his staff provided additional services and kept everyone informed as the day progressed. Mr. Groce is exactly what outstanding customer service looks like! Thank you, Michael A. Nurse

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and this will likely be our last. 1st time: Great! The lady at the front desk was a bit lazy (rolling around in her chair rather than getting up) and rude but whatever. Room was clean and spacious. The 2nd time: Same lady! They sent us to a dirty occupied room. Embarrassing! They tried to make it right with free breakfast vouchers. Okay fine. The 3rd time: Same lady! We go up to our room, it’s 2 beds and not one. We dicide then that the place sucks. There was old food wrappers in our windows edge when we opened the curtains this morning. It sounds like there was a generator running all night. This part grinded my gears the most so get ready….housekeeping has interrupted us every single time. We have late checkout. They don’t care. They will knock, open, announce themselves even at 9 am, well before checkout.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Houston North! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very professional and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the excellent shuttle service — Michael, the driver, was outstanding! He was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the transfer smooth and pleasant. His kindness and professionalism truly made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review specifically for Michael L.. Simply stating he is a kind man is an understatement. He is an amazing man that has a special light that shines very brightly. He has lived! He has a gift of human interaction. He is so relatable. He interacts with each guest through small conversations. Hilton/Marriott North should recognize him for his efforts. He is the front line of customer service and delivers beyond that! I pray for a special blessing to be bestowed upon this man. I will remember him. If I am blessed to see him, I would love to thank him with a small. Thank Mr. Michael L.. May you receive an overflow in your next season!

The hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. The shuttle driver Mr. Michael L. Was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the area. He was very punctual and a safe driver. Will definitely come back here again

Where to begin. Rita W. At front desk was simply the best. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable, informed, patient & proactive. Nothing was a bother. Ricardo, airport shuttle driver, went beyond service. Both are an enormous asset to Marriott North Houston. All staff have been helpful and professional. One of the best Marriott experiences I have had.

Overall a great experience. The airport shuttle is very convenient. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and made check in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, however a few of the outlets and lights did not work. Breakfast was delicious, loved the biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.
